The goal of the Mining Cadastre Portal is to provide an electronic platform for all stakeholders in the mining sector to engage directly with the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum and the Regional Mining Authorities.

Registration for Access to the Mining Cadastre Portal

Before using the Portal you must first register for access. Click the Registration Details link on the left or click here to find out more about getting access to use the Mining Cadastre Portal.

Registered Portal Users may now

• View license details, obligations, contact details and update contact details
• Submit applications for new licenses, certificates and permits
• Submit applications for the renewal of existing licenses, certificates and permits
• Submit annual and quarterly reports and work programs
• Submit Proof of Payments
• Apply for Ownership Transfer, Relinquishment (Area), Extension (Area), Surrender and Work Program Modification
