GENERAL

As part of completing application form MCP01, users agree to the general terms of use of the Mining Cadastre Portal:

No user shall attempt to transgress any security features of the Mining Cadastre Portal
No user shall share or otherwise allow another person to use their authentication /password information
No agent shall perform any activity that is not authorised by the company or person that they represent
No user shall perform any activity that transgresses any laws or regulations of the Republic of Ethiopia

If the Ethiopian Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, Regional Mining Authorities or City Administrations become aware of any violation of the terms of use, it reserves the right to temporarily or permanently remove access to the Mining Cadastre Portal for the individual/s concerned, and where necessary, take legal action.

The Ministry (including the Regional Mining Authorities and City Administrations) indemnifies itself against any act performed by an agent or representative that is not performed under instruction from the company or individual represented.

This Mining Cadastre Portal is provided as a public service by the Ethiopian Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, the Regional Mining Authorities and the City Administrations.

The Mining Cadastre Portal and all of the information it contains are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. All implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are hereby expressly disclaimed.
